RESERVATIONS

When are you booking?

We offer walk-in only during the day with the exception of large groups and functions of 8 or more people. To book for large groups or functions during breakfast or lunch, please give us a call. For smaller groups, we welcome you to come down and grab any available table.

We offer two seatings during the evenings available for all group sizes, big and small. Seating times are 5:00pm and 7:00pm– Please let us know in advance if you require a highchair, space to park your pram, wheelchair or mobility access and we’ll do our best to accommodate you accordingly!

Please note you will receive a confirmation email or text once your reservation has been successful. If you do not receive this confirmation email, there may have been an error in your reservation. Please contact our team on (07) 3888 5088 if you have any queries.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and call our team to postpone your booking until another time. Basil and Vine is taking every possible precaution to ensure the health and safety of our guests, our staff and suppliers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Basil & Vine. Should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for the booking, a cancellation charge of $10 per person will be incurred. Please contact us on (07) 3888 5088 or bookings@basilandvine.com.au to make any amendments to your reservation.

SEATING REQUESTS

Basil & Vine will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however as table allocations are finalised on the day.

ALCOHOL

We are fully licensed from 10:00am. Our bar offers a great range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. $3.50 per person for BYO alcohol. Eskies, large cooler bags or excess BYO alcohol is not permitted.

CAKEAGE

Cakeage for BYO cakes or dessert is $1.50 per person.
